Raichu and Electivire are the two mon I'd want to keep most likely. Coming off it's 95 SpA stat it's not a massive offensive threat. Koko is basically only there so it can set up the terrain for Raichu and be a backup Motor Drive / Volt Absorb activator, and to taunt TR setters where it can. Kind of a strange mix between Bug-types and Electric-types. So bascially this team is very unrefined and the fact that Raichu and Koko are two similar support mon that really I wish could be compressed into one is an issue. Groudon is an option as well although it's existence on the team would mean Rhyperior needs to go. Being immune to the discharges was key in what restricted to choose. I do want a Rising Voltage abuser if Koko is on the team, and a ground immunity switch in is essentialīulky and immune to discharge, with a fire move. Zapdos might be a better option except it doesn't benefit from the discharges going off and gets damaged from them. Not 100% sure on this one, I limited myself to things that would benefit from Discharge, or at least be immune to it. Still salty that this doesn't get Air Slash. It's EVd to outspeed Calyrex-Shadow and Pheramosa after one Motor Drive boost Ice Punch is essential for Landorus and Groudon as well. Contents 1 Pokdex entry 2 Held items 3 Game locations 4 Base stats 5 Type effectiveness 6 Moves 6.1 By leveling up 6.2 By TM 6.3 By Tutor 6. It used to be choice scarf but that was literally only needed for Regieleki.Įlectric, Ice, Fighting, and Ground might actually be the best coverage possible right now. It evolves from Electabuzz when traded while holding a (n) Electirizer. The thinking behind the air balloon was that it would stop them targetting with a ground move, so you can volt switch into Electivire. Being able to boost Electivire's damage output is essential though. Tickle is like Charm and Helping hand rolled into one, except it mainly only benefits Electivire and it doesn't work on Clear Body pokemon. (Speed Swap is a mem strat really as it lets you give Regieleki a lower speed stat while also swapping before it moves since Raichu's speed comes from Koko's terrain.) Helping Hand, or Speed Swap / Electroweb / Sing / idk The result so far is that Raichu and Koko lead and Koko usually just volt switches out into Electivire since it was mainly there just to set the terrain. It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of electricity. It discharges high-voltage currents from its tails. In terms of electrical-energy output, Electivire is one of the best among all Electric Pokmon. Choice Scarf Koko outspeed's Eleki but Electivire needs two boosts to outpspeed it even with full speed EVs. The voltage jumps while Electivire is battling. Raichu-Alola has everything I need to be Electivire's perfect partner, except the terrain that makes it's outspeed Regieleki. However it's very much a work in progress. It's basically an electivire team gone to the max. I'm trying to make a team based around using Discharge to boost partner pokemon and deal damage at the same time. The help of the Electroweb from Galvantula. (Pikalytics doesn't work properly for Electivire, moveset and item detailed below) The Electivire howled as the Lanturn jumped at it, directing some of the current from its attacks to itself.
